Which Small Group(s) have you been in or are you signing up for?*
It is important to us that you are connected to a Small Group... while bands do pray together, most of the time is spent learning new songs and rehearsing, so Small Groups are still the primary place for pastoral care and support at King's.
Which instrument(s) do you play, how long have you played them, and to what level of ability do you currently play?*
It is not required that you have a high level of ability, but we do need to know that you are able to play your instrument before joining the team as we unfortunately don't have the capacity to do basic training.
Have you served on a Church Worship Team before?*
This is not a requirement, it's just helpful to know!

Are you already a member of King's Church?*
This is someone who has attended Exploring Church Membership (formerly known as Solid Rock) and has had a chat with a church Leader following that where it was mutually agreed that becoming a member is the right step to take.
What factors will affect when you can begin serving? (e.g. when certain restrictions are lifted, or "I can begin straightaway!"*
Are there any other comments you'd like to add?
Please tell us about your journey of faith, including whether/when you were baptised by immersion in water?*
Membership of King's Church is generally expected of those who are serving in the Worship Band on Sunday mornings, which would include having been baptised by immersion in water, but there is an exception... those who are not looking to become members of King's Church because they are only due to be in High Wycombe for a short while can still join the team and be involved on Sunday Mornings if they are already a member of another church and also regularly attend a Small Group while at King's.
Do you intend on becoming a member of King's Church*
This will involve attending Exploring Church Membership and having a chat with a church Leader following that, to determine together if becoming a member of King's is the right step to for you to take.
