As we’ve prayed and listened to the voice of God, we believe Jesus is leading us into new things as a church family. That this is a ‘crossroads’ moment, where God is inviting us to dream big and to take a new step of faith in our adventure of following him. Just like the early disciples, who left everything to follow Jesus, we want to be all in.

We believe that being ‘all in’ means five things for all of us at King’s: belong, serve, give, pray and reach out. Consider each of the five areas below. What steps will you take to be all in?

BELONG

As Jesus builds his church, he’s not building a service provider or an institution, he’s building a family – a community of people who love and serve one another, and who help each other to become all they were made to be.

SERVE

Everything we do at King’s, from our Sundays to our groups, ministries and outreach work, is only possible because church members give generously of their time, gifts and passion to serve. When we serve, we look more like Jesus.

GIVE

Amazing things can happen through a heart devoted to Jesus. We believe in giving regularly, joyfully and sacrificially in response to what Jesus has done for us, knowing that as we do, we advance the kingdom.

PRAY

If we’re to get near fulfilling the vision God has given us, then we must pray. Like the early church, we want to be a family of faith-filled disciples who trust the Father, praying as a first instinct rather than a last resort.

REACH OUT

We want to be naturally supernatural people who do the things Jesus did, knowing we carry God’s presence wherever we go. And we want to follow Jesus’ call to go and make disciples, seeing God’s kingdom extend.
