FOR THE SAFETY OF BOTH THE TEAM AND OUR GUESTS, THE FOLLOWING SAFEGUARDING STEPS ARE REQUIRED BY ALL THOSE WISHING TO SERVE AT KING’S TABLE –

• King’s Table Safeguarding Guidance –
  1. View these guidelines that you need to have read, understood and agreed to BEFORE serving at King’s Table.
  2. Complete this webform to confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to work within.

• King’s Table Substance Questionnaire –
  1. Complete this online questionnaire that needs to be received and reviewed by one of our Safeguarding Officers (only they will see your responses) BEFORE serving at King’s Table… they will contact you directly if they have any further questions relating to your answers.
• King’s Church Safer Recruitment Process –
  • The full process that needs to be completed BEFORE serving with vulnerable adults at King’s Church High Wycombe:
    1. Volunteer Application Form (if first time serving at King’s) OR Information Update Form (if renewing or adding a role)
    2. BASIC DBS Certificate Application (unless King’s Church already holds a valid DBS Certificate for you)
    3. DBS ID Check (3 items of ID, unless King’s Church already holds a valid DBS Certificate for you)
    4. References (if known at King’s for less than 2 years)
