The Waters Rise

Week of Prayer

31 May – 6 June

Daily Prayer Guide

While some things are hard and prayers unanswered, God is at work in the hidden place. As we wait, grieve, find ourselves in the silence, God has been building within us and his living water is rising.

This Week of Prayer we want to come before God boldly and expectantly, seeking his presence and promises for us and the church.

Here’s four ways you can get involved:

1. Book your 24/7 prayer slot

Our aim is for the whole week – day and night – to be covered in prayer. You can book an hour during the week to pray wherever you are. There is a prayer guide available with daily Bible readings and prayer points.

You can also book to use the prayer room at King’s from the Monday to Friday from 9am–5pm.

Spend half the night (or part of it) worshipping and praying:

The Engine Room

Our weekly prayer meeting

Every Wednesday morning, 7–7:45am, on Zoom

Our heart is to be a church that’s devoted to prayer – our weekly prayer meetings play a vital role in church life (they’re really the ‘engine room’ behind everything we do together).

Weekly Prayer points

Zoom details to join the meeting can be found in the Engine Room event listed in ChurchSuite each week, or by requesting to be added to a weekly email reminder, sent each Tuesday afternoon.
