Read and reflect
Psalms 42:1-2
‘1As the deer pants for streams of water, so my soul pants for you, my God. My soul
thirsts for God, for the living God. When can I go and meet with God? ‘
- Do you thirst for God?
- Where do you want more of him in your life?
- Invite him in to your day, ask him where and when you can meet with him.
Pray for our Leaders
Pray for the leaders of our church. Pray for God’s blessing over them, for safety and
protection, wisdom and guidance as they lead. You can pray for:
– Senior leaders
– Elders and their families
– Small group leaders
– Serving team leaders
– Staff team
Pray for our Young People
Pray for our youth who are giving their short talks in our youth session this Sunday. Pray
for courage and boldness as they share God’s word.
Pray for our young people to be filled with the holy spirit, to be equipped to share the
good news with their friends, and to see the kingdom break out in their lives.
Pray for Sundays
Pray for Ayo and Nicola as they lead the meeting.
Pray for Rich W as he leads worship, and Ron as he speaks.
Pray for our Sunday serving teams, that they experience God’s presence wherever they
are serving.
Pray for new people to feel welcomed. Pray for God’s spirit to be poured out
on all people.
